Paying by bank transfer is simple, secure, and ‐ when you use the right service ‐ one of the cheapest ways to pay from anywhere in the world. This guide shows you how to send your payment quickly and at a low cost.
Why use a money-transfer service?
A traditional international wire from your local bank is usually slow and expensive. Banks add high fixed fees and a poor exchange rate, and the money can take several days to arrive. Modern transfer services solve both problems: they give you the real (mid-market) exchange rate, charge a small transparent fee, and most transfers arrive within a few hours to one business day.
You only need to register once. After that, sending a payment takes a couple of minutes.
Recommended services
Any of the services below let you send a low-cost transfer to our account. They are available in most countries, so pick the one that is easiest for you.
- Wise (formerly TransferWise) ‐ our top recommendation. Real mid-market rate, a low flat fee, fast delivery, and available almost worldwide. Works great from the US, Canada, Indonesia, and across Latin America.
- XE Money Transfer ‐ excellent global coverage with no transfer fee on many routes; a good choice for larger amounts.
- Revolut ‐ if you already use it, transfers are fast and low-cost.
- Remitly and Western Union ‐ widely available across the Americas; you can fund the transfer in your local currency.
- Instarem ‐ a convenient option across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.
All of them are licensed, regulated money services. The steps below use Wise as the example, but the process is the same with any of them.
How to send your payment, step by step
- Create a free account. It takes about five minutes. You will verify your identity with a photo of your ID ‐ a one-time requirement that every licensed service has.
- Start a new transfer. Choose “Send money” and enter the amount: your order total. You can send from your local currency, and the service converts it to euros (EUR) for you at a fair rate.
- Add the recipient. Enter our bank details exactly as shown below (account holder, IBAN, and BIC / SWIFT).
- Add your order number as the reference. Put your order number in the reference or description field. This is how we match your payment to your order, so please do not skip it.
- Pay and you are done. Fund the transfer from your card or bank account. You will get a confirmation and can track it in the app. Most payments reach us within a few hours to one business day.

Important: the amount you send should match your order total, and your order number must be in the payment reference. The same bank details are always included in your order-confirmation email.
What happens after you pay
As soon as you place your order and choose bank transfer, your order is reserved and marked as awaiting payment. When your transfer arrives (usually within one business day) we confirm your order and ship it right away. You will receive an email at each step.
A few quick tips
- Double-check the IBAN and BIC / SWIFT before you send ‐ they must match exactly.
- Send the full order total so nothing is left outstanding.
- Keep your transfer receipt until your order is confirmed.
- If anything is unclear, contact our support team and we will be happy to help.
